  I went in to Victoria's Secret to pay a bill, but when I walked in I was greeted by Ms. Jamie and her huge smile. She made my experience shopping there great. She measured me and showed me bras that would fit my style. She even remembered my name despite the fact that there were at least 50 other customers in the store. They got busy and she had to jump on the cash register to help, but then Cassie came over and finished helping me. Cassie was patient with me and helpful and I know that if they are working, they will definitely go over and beyond to help. Thanks so much ladies!

  Monica is always so sweet and helpful! All the employees are, honestly. I work retail so CS is very important to me. It's refreshing to be around so much positivity.
