- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆May 19, 2019, by Lauren KovalAfter purchasing a new phone from this store, I looked at my receipt and noticed that there was a major issue. The WRONG ACCOUNT had been billed. How does someone who asked me for my phone number and name at least 8 times bill a totally separate account in another state!? I now have to call customer service on my own time to correct an AT&T employee's mistake.
