  Well I purchased a TV and couch from this place and everything was fine, nice people, called for payment so I never forgot, good experience until I paid it off and the manager said I can have anything in the store for one month free as a trial, well you also get a coupon for $50 off any item when you pay something off ($100 off if you use it that day), but apparently the coupon is just free time to try out an item. Not sure why the coupon says you get money off an item when theres no adjustment in price.. Anyways, I decide to try out a washer dryer setup, the delivery guys were not only 3.5 hours late delivering the item but they hooked it up wrong, ruining the dryer vent and flooding my laundry room (they didn't put the washers inside the hoses connected to the washer) so after the plumber I had to call told me the problem I called the store and they assured me they would compensate me for my troubles. Well for my "compensation" they took $30 off the washer/dryer setup. $30?? Had I not caught the flooding problem that night it would have completely flooded my house and they would be looking at a major lawsuit. But they brushed it off because I caught it and gave me a whopping $30 off an overpriced washer/dryer. Not very satisfied, probably won't be back.

  Well prices are great the store staff use to be great to me but I had a home invasion tablet was stollen and now the. Store manager and his boss has me listed as a flight risk they are blaneing me cause my home was broke in to. Sad part is is I told them when it happened I called Them after I called GPD... I will never again use our recommend rent a center aka rip A center again
