  If you aren't a student this might actually be hell. The employees are great. The shoppers are pricks. Everyone bobbing and weaving in a hurry as if its their world and everyone else is just living in it. The best part is they are aimlessly shopping so no one knows what the hell they're doing. If you enjoy structured shopping do not go to publix next to UF.

  Took 45 min for our online order to be ready AFTER we waited the prescribed 30 mins before even coming to the store. I realize that there may have been an influx of online orders, but adjust the order pick up time accordingly. Online ordering is suppose to decrease the wait time. I should have just waiting in the massive line in the store. I would have gotten my food faster than ordering it before hand. End rate. Sorry, I'm Hangry.

  Guy named Kenneth that works here. Exceptional professionalism and customer service. He's doing an amazing job! Not sure if/how Publix does its incentives, but this guy deserves something!
