  Over priced!! Which would be fine if you were paying for a high quality product but most of their food is mediocre-at-best, although I will say the sales associates go waay, out of their way, offering to walk you to your car and being extra polite. Perhaps that's how they justify the costly charge for their products.

  In general, Publix is a great chain of supermarkets. However, I have had several issues at this specific location recently with poor customer service. Today, for instance, I ordered a sub online in order to be picked up within an hour. I waited well past the scheduled pick up time, and was finally addressed by one of the deli employees who told me I had to get in line because he was so busy. The online ordering system is in place for a reason; not all of us have the luxury of time to wait for one associate to serve 10+ people who are in line. By failing to abide by standard procedures, the deli employees at this Publix disrespected both me and my time; though not characteristic of Publix, I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
