  Wonderful service from Tom Carter and Christian: I was looking for a windows computer to run a particular Excel template. The first computer I bought refused to install the template and despite hours of trying from both my salesman Christian and the store manager Tom Carter we couldn't get it to install properly. The store was willing to trade the computer out for a different brand that they had found would install it properly. I ran into another problem working with the new computer and again got excellent help in resolving the problem. I'm so happy that Office Max was willing and able to make sure that I was able to solve my problems.
