  Terrible service. Ordered a custom suit that they said would take 4 weeks to make - took an extra month and then they ended up making it in the wrong size which added another extra month to the process. This "custom" suit then proceeded to tear only after using it once and when I took it in to get it repaired, they didn't even fix it. I have had many other issues with non-suit clothing (pants ripping after only using them once, shirts falling apart) as well as shoes breaking after only being worn a few times. I realize Joseph A Bank is supposed to be a "discount" suit store but you are better off paying a slightly higher price and not having to deal with the awful clothing quality and customer service. Stay away.
