  On December 4 we took some old photos in to be reproduced and were told they would be done before Christmas. We called twice before Christmas and they said they weren’t done yet. Very disappointed as these were to be a gift. We called again today and were told the work was finally done, no idea why they didn’t call us. Went to pick the stuff up and got a bill for $150! The CD that we agreed to was over half the total. (We didn’t remember the price we were given for the CD but we were in shock!) Won’t be going back for any reason!

  Staff was great. Really took a lot of time helping me with camera settings and never mentioned a fee. They are out of the way but worth the trip. Lots of accessories and great people willing to help you. Rare these days!
