  I’m an online student so my laptop is extremely important to me. The shift button popped off of my laptop this week and another tech store in Gainesville told me I’d have to buy a whole new keyboard. Luckily I thought to call gator tec before doing so because they had me immediately bring my computer by and fixed it right then free of cost! So thankful for how kind the staff was and how quickly they were able to see me. Great customer service.

  Ordered a laptop on Wednesday, they said it would be in that Friday and someone would call. No phone call. Called them on Saturday, they did not know when it would arrive, would have someone call me on Sunday - had to call them Sunday evening, said it would be in on Monday. Finally got it on Tuesday. Lesson learned.
