  So they sold the ps4 I had on layaway (opened in October) because they "didn't expect layaways to pick up for black Friday".I was told that I wouldn't be eligible for the promotional gift card unless I picked it up before the promotion is over, which I'd be able to do if they HADN'T SOLD MY RESERVED CONSOLE. Called the customer service line to solve the issue and after an hour on the phone(45 on hold with a mind numbing audio loop mind you) to more "I'm sorry" and not a step closer to getting the item that I've paid in full for. They had the nerve to tell me I should've been in the store yesterday... I've never been so disappointed and angry with a retailer in my life.

  Friendly & helpful Staff, well stocked on everything and great deals! The only issue I have is the new location is smaller than the last and parking is limited because of the multiple businesses in the strip.
