  Larry and his team at Carpet One were amazing! They found us the most plush carpet. The kids now love to play on the floor and the installers were crazy fast with the removal and replacement of the new flooring. Thank you Carpet One!

  Quality of products are good. However, communication to company and installation crew is quite laborious. Installation crew continually decides to not show up or even communicate why they are not showing up or when they might be here. I am so frustrated and wish I never chose to deal with them this company. I have plumbers waiting for tile guys to finish, that I will have to pay overtime to due the the fact that the tile guys keep deciding not to show up.

  My fiance and I recently remodeled our home with glue-down wood flooring. From start to finish, our experience with Larry and his team was beyond excellent. We were able to choose several samples to bring home on multiple occasions and did not feel like a bother when the first sets did not work out. Most important to us, Larry and his team worked diligently to ensure our satisfaction with both the product quality and price. You cannot find this kind of selection, customer service or value at a commercial store.
