  POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Scheduled 2 back-to-back appointments to have new batteries installed in our iPhones for 2/27/18 at 1pm and 1:40pm respectively. At the time we scheduled the appointments (in person with an employee several weeks earlier) we were told they would note on the appt the reason for our visit and the store would have the appropriate battery in stock and ready for installation. We were told when we scheduled appts we would need to wait approx 2 hours to allow for each battery installation but would have our phones back on the same day. Arrived to our appts approx 50 minutes early and upon arrival the story changed. We were told we would have to surrender our phones for at minimum 24 hours for the installation. We decided to leave 1 phone so we would not be without any communication but SURPRISE the employee refused to take our 1 phone at that time, instead we were told to come back in 50 minutes at our appointment time to check that phone in and leave it!! **No one in line ahead of us and no one in line behind us and yet they were unwilling to take the phone off our hands to be left with them for 24+ hours to allow for installation!!** Cancelled both appts and rescheduled with nearest Apple dealer for same-day battery installation. Lesson learned.
